The challenge

Many important details are missed when manually taking notes during meetings. It takes manpower and time to write things down and even time to more structure/summarize the information. Seeing this over and over again for years in the meetings we attend for our projects made us wonder why such a useful tool isn’t out there yet.

The solution

CONVeX is a Natural Language Processing (NLP) platform for automatic transcription and summarization of meetings. Meetings are recorded, transcribed and summarized (using deep learning/NLP summarization) using a visual web app. Meeting recordings and audio transcriptions are not new tech by any means, but automatic transcription with summarization is revolutionary. Our tool not only provides a full audio recording/transcription but actually analyzes the data. It summarizes what has been said and outputs a clear overview of decisions taken, action points and highlights of specified topics, using NLP.
